JSC “Kvazar” offers consulting service in solar energy sphere, as well as design of autonomous or reserve systems for power supply of residential and industrial units. We have carried out a number of successful projects on power supply JSC “Kvazar” took part in construction of pipeline Kenkiyak-Atyrau in Kazakhstan. The project included designing, delivery and equipment assembly, starting-up and adjustment of the system for perimeter protection of pipeline crane junctions. Pipeline power supply is ensured by autonomous solar systems. JSC “Kvazar” has successfully carried out the project “The use of renewable energy sources for potable water provision of remote places in economically unfavourable region of Kazakhstan”. Under the aegis of UN Development Programme, Theme Trust Fund “Energy for sustainable development” and The Programme of Minor Grants of Global Environmental Fund UNDP in Kazakhstan, was carried out the project for improvement of high quality water provision of remote settlement Tokabuy in Aral sea basin. The results proved staggering. First developed, then set in operation, the hybrid system, generating energy from renewable energy sources - sun and wind, and desalination plant. Consequently, villagers were provided daily access to high quality potable water 15m3 in volume, than improves sanitation and hygiene conditions and has beneficial effect on health. For the first time in Ukraine JSC “Kvazar” has implemented street and yard illumination solar system. Presently, there have been installed first 15 lanterns, 100 planned to be set. Local authorities supported the innovation, as purchase and mounting expenses, according to expert estimations, will be covered in 1,5 years. And subsequently the light source will be absolutely cost-free. The techniques of solar energy use are being developed for introduction into government-financed organizations; educational and patient care institutions in Ostrog. Besides, the company has developed and carried out street illumination projects in several African and Asian countries.
